As part of the Professional Masters of Education programme, I was invited to facilitate the Young EVA Audio Collective 2018, as part of the 38th EVA International Biennial. This project was conducted with a Fifth Year student group from Thomond Community College, Limerick. Along with two of my fellow classmates, we were asked to support students in the creation of an audio response to the EVA exhibition. We collaborated with Dr. John Greenwood - Programme Leader of Music and Technology in Limerick Institute of Technology - to assist with the delivering of the technical aspects of the project. Arguably, the most important aim of the project was to encourage students to reconsider their relationship with sound and how it can be used to communicate with others.
